Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It helps improve posture, balance, and mobility while building deep core strength.

2. Who can practice Pilates?

Pilates is suitable for everyone — regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Each session can be adapted to your individual needs, whether you’re a beginner, athlete, or recovering from an injury.

3. What types of classes do you offer?

We offer:

  • Private sessions for fully personalized attention

  • Duet sessions for pairs or friends

  • Group classes (Reformer & Mat) for up to 4 participants
Each class is tailored to your body and goals.

4. What is the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates?

  • Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with springs and pulleys to add resistance, improve precision, and support alignment.

  • Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using your own body weight and small props like balls or resistance bands.
Both methods complement each other beautifully.

5. Do I need prior experience?

No experience is required. Beginners are always welcome! Your instructor will guide you safely through each movement and adapt the exercises to your current level.

6. What should I wear and bring to class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow free movement. Pilates is usually practiced barefoot or in grip socks.
Bring a small towel and a water bottle — all other equipment is provided at the studio.

7. How can I book a class?

You can book your session directly via Eversports or contact us by WhatsApp or email.
Private and duet sessions require advance booking to ensure availability.

8. Can Pilates help with back pain or posture issues?

Yes. Pilates strengthens the deep stabilizing muscles of the spine and improves alignment, flexibility, and core control — making it ideal for preventing or relieving back pain.

9. How often should I practice Pilates?

For best results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. However, even one regular class per week will bring noticeable improvements in body awareness and strength.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full to respect other clients’ booking opportunities.
